HI I have the same 7070 that I needed the It password for, managed to reset by means of back door, I upgraded to V4.53s , the system sees the 4sl2u card but there is no power on the card, no dial tone, I had the problem before and was then told to upgrade software and it will solve problem, so I did upgrade to newest software that we have here but still same prob, any one else had same problem or any ideas?

The 4sl2u cards from the os7070 it's the same card we now use on the os7100/os7200s.
Late last year there was a change to this card, support for it was added into 4.63 software.
We don't have the os7070 here so I can't send you newer software.
Have to contact the distributor in your region and ask them about it.

I just found v4.70 and busy loading it to system,
I think this will sort out the problem
