We have 3 nodes, Axxess 8.0. I have an extension set up on the second node but it is not showing up on the Operator's Console. I've tried reloading the info and also rebooting the console - but the name and extension still don't appear. I checked the extension lists and station list on the node and it is there. I'm hoping there is something simple I'm missing. Any suggestions would be appreaciated. Thanks, Kota

""I've tried reloading the info"" You mean Import/Export or reprogramming the button.
Can you maually dial the station?
Verify the button with feature code 396 then press button. Or try to manually program it (I think you should be able to do this) by code 397 press button, enter extension.
I havnt worked with ver 8 so maybe I'm missing something.

Versions don't matter, it should be the same regardless (we work with versions 5-9.1...Haven't seen any V7s though)..
By operator's console, do you mean DSS?

The extension can be dialed from any extension, however it doesn't show up in the Inter-tel operator's console. Our main receptionist uses a PC that has inter-tel software for answering and directing calls. All of our other numbers show up as soon as they are created - this one does not. ""I've tried reloading the info"" You mean Import/Export or reprogramming the button. I did an import from the application. There is no button to program.

Is the app you are using 'Attendant Console' or 'Desktop DSS'? They are 2 distinct apps.

Oh, sorry about that. It's Attendant Console.

Go to 'Tools', 'Hidden Entries', find the extension and click 'Unhide'. If the extension is not hidden, go to 'Tools', 'Group Setup' and make sure the extension is part of whatever group you need.
