Voicemail is telling me it is not connected. Is this a rhetorix board issue or hard drive

We had that problem once, it was after a breif power outage. It ended up being a corrupted file. All the hardware checked out fine, a reset didn't help.

The problem could be either.
How is the voicemail telling you its not connected. Does the screen say "voicemail unplugged" when you call it internally?
Sometimes a defrag and scandisk will fix this, sometimes just turning the unit off for a few minutes then back on will work, sometimes reloading the software will work.
