hey guys I had a few customers with the Avaya partner VM Card LG installed .I was called to reset the vm pass word when the get a new employee what I have been doing is reinitilazing the password in a few cases the I have had to repeat the process for the same extensions like it loss the programing .has anyone had this problem ?
also the batteries in the Avaya are good

Likely the idiot customer put in a new password but screwed it up or couldn't remember it.

I've seen a lot of the PC card voicemails doing things like reporting a mailbox is full when it isn't, or playing messages in place of outgoing greetings. The only cure is to default the card and start over.

Also, remember that the mailbox number and the extension number do not match, so if you need to reset the password on Ext. 10's mailbox, it is mailbox 1 by default.
