Hello to all, Trouble with a AD-64 server. After a power outage. (9Hr) The voicemail will not start. The computer it's loaded on is running. Looking for remote support, someone who can log into the computer and check it out.

Make sure the dialogic cards are showing as "active" in the DCM.
If the cards don't get started up properly the VM software will never run.
