Hey all-
I have a customer that has a 200, is it possible with the 200 or another model to call into the system with a cell phone, and have the system dial out to a different number and connect the call? They are a health care provider, and would like to mask the cell phone number with the primary number to the business-
Thanks

Any mailbox or autoattendant branch can be programmed to transfer an inbound caller to another outside number, but it must be programmed in advance. Masked or unmasked is available for reach-me calls from mailboxes, but whether or not it masks is a system-wide option. Autoattendant transfers always show the Pilot number of the customer's PRI or trunk group

Thanks Brian-
So, esi doesn't have a feature where the cell user would call into the auto-attendant, then enter in the phone number and the system calls out to that number?

No. DISA (Direct Inward System Access) has never been an ESI thing. I have never had a customer ask for it. It's a big security risk. The rumoured Android / iPhone app may do much the same thing, but only on the IPS 900.
