Have intertell access vers 4.1 what card do i need to get IDSN pri service?

You would need a T1 card with a PRI chip. I'm not sure if your software version supports it, but I'm sure someone else will chime in with some advice.

Yes, you would need the PAL chip for a PRI.

For the T1C card, you would need the 550.2733 PRI daughter board.
You would need to contact a dealer in your area.

4.1 software i believe is the lowest supporting PRI software. The ROM chips U4 and U5 should be 827.8550 and 8551. If your ROM's are 827.8376 and 8375, this will not support PRI.

I could be wrong, but I believe the oldest version to support PRI is 4.4 or 4.3.
I remember trying to upgrade a 4.2 to PRI and it wouldn't let me... I don't remember if it was the chips or version.
