I know this has worked on my keyset and others previously but now it seems when another person calls in they are immediately dumped to a persons mailbox. I tried searching "ring while on call" but didn't get any results referring to my issue. Is this a station setting or something I may have messed up as an overall setting?

Edit: Maybe I should clarify, we want the phone to ring and show the caller ID so the person receiving can choose to pick up.

Thanks in advance for the help!
