Tring to figure out how many Netphone license are on a system , looking on FYI I can see what has been purchased, what is the (LICMAS-ENADDL1 ENHANCED 1 ADDL AGT) is it ACD only or does it include Netphone ?? Found on FYI where you can look at the copy key service DFES and divid that by 22 but that doesn't seem to match my records, it shows total 1188, if you divide that by 22= 54 ??? There has to be a easy way to determine how many Netphone license ?????? Im counting 44 looking at this

Looks like 44 to me too. The DFES confirms it.

From what I have seen, typically out of the box you get 10 Netphone seats included with a Netserver or licenses . So if you added 44, then your total should be 54.

As previously mentioned, looking at Copy Key DFES divided by 22 should get you your total. Also remember that this is first come, first server per seat so you cold have more then 54 accunts in the Netserver admin.
