Does anyone know if there is a way to prevent users from setting a blank password on their voicemail?

Axxess, Axxent, CS-5x00 and IVX500 voice mail do not have any password policies.

In that case, anyone know of an automated tool that I can use to audit the voice mailboxes to ensure that there isn't a blank password?
