Okay, well, if 8A4005>62xx>1005, that's a multi-tenant route out of the switch. Do you have multiple tenants?
8A1005>01>0000 The real route pattern for tenant 1 8A1005>02>0010 The real route pattern for tenant 2 8A1005>03>0100 The real route pattern for tenant 3
Ouch. Using multiple tenants can really screw up ARS.
Then of course, 8A0000>1>xxxyy is first choice for LCR Pattern and trunk group, and so on.
It's too bad that "Mr. Stuff" quit NTAC, as his 2000Stuff website was the best source of cheatsheets and quick reference.

Ok so because you tell us the first site uses 8004 I will assume that at that site you are in actual fact using 4 digit extension numbers. If however you are using 3 digits at the secondary site, the digits can be stripped by Cmd 3512 as this dictates how many digits are received from an ISDN line so that could be how it is being stripped down to three digits at the secondary site!
