Two questions that I couldn't find in the program manual. I have a customer with a pri. All calls ring to the attendant. Is there a setting for her to be able to hear additional calls ringing in. I don't see any setting for muted ring or anything else to help with calls coming in when she is on the phone. The second question is we want to set up a general delivery/company mail box. Is there a way to copy messages to her phone/mailbox to see that she has messages in this MB? Thank you

depends on the software that is running on the esi system do you have call waiting enabled on the phone? as far as the general mailbox, you can put a virtual mb appearance on her phone, or on multible phones. ( older software the call waiting feature still worked, not so much with the newer software-esi is aware of the bug)

Muted ringing only occurs on a phone that is in the CO ring list, Not a dept. or direct ring to a station. Depts. and stations ring rely on a call waiting tone. Call waiting is notified through the handset. Muted ring is through the phones speaker. Your best bet is to set her up in an ACD group; calls are then placed in que.
