Hello all,
I have a customer with an OLD CMC voicemail. It is an old white desktop computer. It is not the one that looks like the Wicmic. They don't know their password and it has definitely been changed from default. Is there a way to access the system with a default password? If yes, does anyone know the default password. I am a Tadiran tech but this vm was before my time and of course tech support won't help. It looks like the hard drive vm to me. When the screen comes up you have to press F1 to enter the password.

I have done some research and I believe this is an iCMC. I understand the password rules of the board so I don't expect the password to be posted. If anyone has any ideas we can PM or something.

And I said in the original post that you press F1 to get to the password, it is actually F2.

There are no default passwords per se. IF the system admin has that level of access though their phone you can use THEIR access to get into the system.

BTW the iCMC is card level the CMC is on a separate box.

I will check with the customer to see if they can come up with any passwords. Thanks for your help.

Yep the only other way is to use a program that will decode the password.

The Admin box is Sandy but I dont remember the password. And unfortunatly I need it. I keep running into these old systems.

Yep, you need the password extracted if you do not have another admin on the system. What version of OS2 is it running?
