one more question. the flash is hooked up to a norstar MICS plus. They want the voice mail when 0 is pushed to ring 2 ext. and if they are not answered in 4 rings to ring two different ext. 4 times. if not answered goes to a general mailbox. Last question for the day

Setup Hunt Groups on the MICS and add those 4 sets if software permits Hunt Groups (under Config/System Programming)
HG001
2 sets X221 and X222
Broadcast
Ring Only if saving on keys or Appear & Ring to see on a button
Queue time out 15 seconds
Overflow the HG001 to HG002
HG002
2 sets X223 and X224
Broadcast
Ring Only if saving on keys or Appear & Ring to see on a button
Queue time out 15 seconds
Overflow the HG002 to the DN of the Flash (F985 to see that DN)
Set the Attendant DN to the HG001's DN in F983 in AA/Table
