I am getting the no response error when trying to add a station, it eventually responds after a few tries and I am able to add a station.
The software is setup on a XP vm, the host is at another facility away from the equipment.
Cix670:B--U/BEX
Ver: AR5.20 MTO35.00
Any suggestions before calling in the pros?

For anyone interested, fixed this issue by power cycling the equipment.
