I have a ctx100 system with a stratagy ies16 voicemail. I can login to the CTX using emanager and I can login to the admin voicemail. What I cannot figure out is how to find out the IP address of the stratagy to be able to use the stratagy admin software. Is there a way through the emanager or through the phone or any other method to find out what the IP address of the stratagy is?

Thank you

Check out the SMDI I/O settings to find the client IP address of the voicemail.

192.168.254.252 is default ip address, configure this address in emanager when setup new user, you will be able to connect to IES16 and make installation.

If you know the password to the admin mailbox, mailbox 987 will read back the IP address. Get the VM to answer, dial 987, enter SC as prompted.

If it's not the default as mentioned above I would guess that it is the next IP address after the IP address of the CTX. You can always run an IP Sniffer program and look for the IeS16 name. Fing or Advance IP Scanner are two good tools to use.
