Inter tel access I have a user who calls an extension, while on speaker plays touch tones, is there a way to turn that off on intercom calls?

Set that persons extension to RING INTERCOM ALWAYS. No more handsfree calls from him/her anymore. Or fire them.

I agree w/ the above, except I would take it a step further. I say fire them, then kill them. Then re-hire them just so you can fire them again for being lazy (cuz they're dead...).

Then deny the unemployment claim..
