Hi,
I'm a newbie to the NEC Elite IPK System. I want to manage the Automated Attendant on the system,changing the voice greeting employee directory;adding new employee and deleting old ones. Can you please explain how to do this from the administrator console?

You need co-sessions software to access the voicemail programming.
