I have a hunt group consisting of 1 extension (2002) list of 1 memeber group (P0001) with 5 Keysets
2015-2019

Currently when ext 2002 is dialed, only keyset 2019 rings (which is what I want, only 1 keyset to ring....small room...5 people).

My question is, how do I change this for another extenstion in that group to ring and turn off 2019?

(db studio 1.51 on Inter-Tel 8.200)

Many thanks

It sounds like ext 2015-2018 has been removed from the HG by feature code 324. Remove 2019 using 324 and add one of the others using the same feature code, and that phone should then ring.
