Xts with the flash based voicemail installed have the auto attendent setup and working great but the customer doesnt like that its silent until the person answers, is there a way to make it ring instead of sounding like on air. As of right now you get the message and then it says please hold while i transfer your call then silent until they pick up

Sure, just enable ringback on transfer in flash 05 in the XTS. Other than that, you can use a music on hold source.
