If you want a copy messages from one mailbox to another so the end user doesn't have to check as many mailboxes, use the message alias function.
Go to Business> Message Alias
Message Alias: allworxusername
Voicemail Alias: select a directory number
Members: allworxusername that you are forwarding to.
Members: allworxusername that was placed in message alias field if you want a copy to stay in the original mailbox.
