I have a customer with an 8100 that is 9.0. I tried to swap two extensions and I get an error message from WebPro.

Both phones are DTL-12D and plugged in. Neither user is on the phone. They both show as MLT in the swap command.

Not sure what else to do. Going to site tomorrow to move the x-connects.

Any thoughts?

I was using join.me connected to a local PC and using IE9 locally as a browser to make changes. Everything else I did (button changes and name changes) worked fine.

Enter a password in 92-04, enter the service code for data swap (I use 777), and allow it in COS. This way the customer can do it locally. Would that work for your issue?

Customer was trying to use webpro to do the swap, but couldn't get it to work. Is using the station code better? never done it that way.

So I setup the station code, tried it... failed.

Went to the station i was trying to swap and discovered the headset key was pressed. OYE!

Turned off the headset key and then swap worked via webpro and using the code.

Thanks guys!
