We recently sold our old oaisys cpu (wiped it clean) as we didn't need to use IVR anymore. Well 3 3 months later one of our directors wanted a tapi solution. After doing some research i realized that we have all the oaisys software that can give us that functionality but soon discovered that we threw out our license dongle key!!!! obviously we didn't know what it was and I am just banging my head a the moment.
What I want to know is there someother tapi solution that will simply allows our end users that capability to click on a button in outlook to dial out calls that isn't to terribly expensive? We are a non profit and money is always tight with us.

Just a side note: "Non-profit" and "always tight with money" do not always go together. Many "for-profit" companies are tight with money and many "non-profits" are a-wash with money. "Non-profit" refers to a specific tax status only, not the financial method in which the company is run.
Anywooooo... Inter-Tel sells a TAPI client with or without screen pop but it is not as efficient as the Netfone client which is designed to communicate w/ a server app, not directly w/ the PBX. Netfone also gives you alot of other features.
