I have an Axxess 9.115 system.
One of my phones is displaying "Connectmeohio" rather than the extension. When I connect the phone, it displays the standard information. Then, about 5 seconds later, it shows "Connectmeohio" at the top. It does this for both a 550.4400 phone and 550.4200.
When I call from the phone, the caller id displayed on the receiving phone is our office number.
How do I get rid of the text displaying?

Long shot but is it in DND?
Is it networked? connect me Ohio looks like a custom text in DND?
