Guys a dumb question but how do I update firmware on smt phones, I have never done it, and does anyone have a good source on some that will work on 100, 5121? running 2.60B?

You mean ITP handsets as the SMT range are not supported on the OS100.
Why do you need to upgrade?
Its a very easy process todo, just requires a TFTP server on a pc on the network

I would like a copy too I have one at version 1.11 a 5210 and all the others are higher. It seems I only have odd issues with that phone and of course it is the one the CEO uses.
