I have a DXP Plus that crashed today and now when we attempt to log on it tells us the that there is no system software and wants us to enter the serial number...we replaced cpu and svs...any ideas? If there is a magic number we dont know it.

I did not think there was on the dxp plus. Your sure it is not an FX. Not sure how much you know about the old comdial. If your stuck call Hoosier in IND. They can provide the code but will charge you for it.
