I have a model 8660 VOIP phone that I setup at work which works great. When I took it home it work where I can see all the extension and get a dial tone. But I cannot hear the caller and they cannot hear me. Is there a router that I can use that has Qos for voip phones

Hi vespa, Check out the message, "1 Way Audio on Connection over Public Internet" (link https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/ultimatebb.php?/ubb/get_topic/f/4/t/001112.html) for tips that may help with your situation. When I ran into your specific problem (endpoint shows extension and gets dialtone but no audio in both directions) it was due to the wrong NAT IP address set in System\Devices and Feature Codes\IP Connections\P6001. I had to change this to the public IP for our Inter-Tel 5200.

Hi Jaelon,
thanks for the info. I did change it to a public IP address and was able to hear the caller.
