Hi
Anybody that can help me on how to recover this card.
Pabx restarted twice and after that LP40 stop working. Was on ver4.70

What makes you think the lp40 is the issue?
I have a procedure where you can sw upgrade via the SIO and LAN port using Officeserv Manager, this may fix the issue

Changed the LP40 and system starts up. When I put the old one back nothing happens. Connected via sio port and couldn't see anything loading
Can you send me the procedure please
