Has anybody else experience poor audio quality of voicemail message wav files sent via email. I have 2 sites where the message is very crackling and full of static. I have the same problem with our in house demo system. All 3 are 7100 systems with 4.70 software.

I've had the same problem. Called Samsung tech support and they said they would issue an RMA and then withdrew that offer. They said that if I were to 1) upgrade the OS7200 to the latest release and 2) upgrade the SVMi20i to the latest software and then 3) wipe the VM programming and totally reprogram the thing that it would fix everything. Well, I did that and it did improve the quality considerably, but not to what I feel is pristine. Actually almost lost the customer over the whole fiasco, they still aren't 100% satisfied with the quality of email delivered messages. I wasn't real happy with Samsung's resolve to the issue either, but what can ya do?
When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and panicking like the passengers in his car.
