Just upgraded my mbx and voicemail to the latest and greatest software but I am unable to get my voicemails as emails. anyone have a tech tip on this? I am using medicom for the email provider.

Using web admin...under Station number data and vmib attributes you fill out the smtp mail server address along with user address and any other fields for each box using the service. I suggest you talk to medicom. Providers all have things they don't like. Gmail doesn't like the the way the MBX sends messages.

Derrick,
Thanks I have filled out all that and changed the vmib cos to allow outgoing just thought maybe I missed something. I will contact Mediacom and see what they say this is going to be painful.
