How do I change the PRI a DID receives calls on? We have a PRI that is becoming full and other DIDs that use that PRI cannot receive calls on it. I'd like to move the DID to another PRI, but I'm not sure how to do it.

You can't change the inbound routing, it is programmed by your carrier. Give them a call.
