Where getting ghost calls coming into our 500 group. The display reads: 1100 Call for 500. Pick it up and you get nothing. We are not using extension 1100 for anything. Sometimes the number will change and increment (1185,1186,1187) but always in the 1100 range. I have not been able to determine whether or not calls are actually coming in when this happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have sip trunks by chance?
I've seen this, it's someone trying to use a asterix/trixbox hack on the samsung system.
Turn on DID error tone and the problem will go away

I am having the exact same problem and we are using SIP trunks. Where do you turn on the DID error tone?

Thanks for the reply. I dug around until I found it and made the change yesterday late afternoon. Talked to the cusotmer this morning and everything is back to normal with no calls comming from 1100.
