i have had a 3300 dropped in my lap and really know I'm over my head. The customer has 2 request's that I just can't seem to come up with how to accomplish
1. How to change the view from name to number on a 5312 the book talked about a "soft Key" I've tried about every key... maybe I need to program a key on the phone?
2. Customer wants DID 1000 to ring ext 1000 then 1001 then 1002 then 1003 then 1000 then drop into a mailbox for 1000.
I could make these changes on a 5000 in 2 minutes have 2 hours invested and still lost

Q1: What "view" are you asking about? are you talking about Caller ID, directory etc?
Q2: your customer wants DID 1000 to Be a hunt group?

You question was posted more than 6 months ago. Were you able to solve these problems?
