I have a customer who has a Samsung OS7200 and they would like incoming calls ringing in on 703 to go to extension 2101 first, then ring extension 2104 if not answered after 3 rings. If 2104 does not pick up the call, they would like the voicemail at extension 2104 to kick in. Right now, the customer's auto-attendant voicemail kicks in if not answered by 2104. Is there a way to have the extension's voicemail grab the call rather than the main A/A. Thank you for looking at this.

Sounds like there is no ext/mbx block in the vm for that extension.
