I have a Nortel Mics 3.1 customer who says that everytime they are on a conference call(Dialing into a conference bridge) after about 7 minutes the call disconnects. They are using a loop start line when on this call. If I call the conference bridge from the loop start line using my test set and let it sit there for 10 Minutes the call does not disconnect. I don't see any settings at all in system programming that would disconnect a call. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you find the problem? if not, Just a thought since no one replied, I am thinking the bridge call may be sending a disconnect signal and if you have disconnect supervision on the system it may take that as a hang up, just a thought.

to be more specific, when you call into a bridge and enter your code, the bridge runs your time on call, if you are idle for a predetermined amount of time then that bridge thinks it as a non user of the bridge and sends a disconnect tone to that line and if line has disconnect supervision it will hang up
