Using a OfficeServ 7200. I can't get the dial by name working from the auto attendant for one particular extension. Any other extension is working ok. Does anyone have any suggestions that they could point me to within the MMC or the VoiceMail SVMi-20E that I could check?

Login to system administration in the vmail system and press 2
for subscriber information then enter mailbox and then press 5 to edit,then press 3 for the name directory.

If the subscriber has not recorded their name, they are not included in the dial by name directory as there is no way for the caller to confirm they are reaching the right person. Check to see if the subscriber has in fact recorded their name.
