A new customer asked us to check feasibility of adding MoH to their existing system.

I found a MoH re-sellers giving guides on how to configure it using feature 602 from extension 10. Is there any type of credentials that are required to do the programming change.

It appears that the main cabinet board has a RCA-type of connection, is there anything else I'm missing for the connection or programming?

Thanks!

For Music on Hold, you just plug it into the RCA jack on the processor, and adjust the volume on the player while listening to a call on hold. If needed, you can change the level in programming, nothing special to get in, just Feature 00, Left Intercom twice, then the feature code, press the digits on the keypad until it sounds right, then Feature 00 to exit.

A small note about the RCA jack. Some barrels may be too wide to insert. If the plug is made of plastic...and it won't fit...try shaving it with a knife. The other option is to use a slim profile plug. smile

I had some concerns about that during the survey. Nothing the old utility knife can't fix!
