I have a customer with a call pilot 150 that looses all programming on reboot/Back up
I am assuming that the memory gets store on the software cartridge
It was acting kinda o weird prior to the reboot 3 mailboxes were having issue logging on to their voice mails it would say can not continue so I deleted them but it would not let me add them back
I am wondering if this would a matter of just replacing the software cartridge

Corruption indeed. Most times it was the cabinet that needed replacing however trying software first helps. I always carry a 3.1 so that I can 1. upgrade on the spot when needed 2. test cabinet
If it appears to be the software then put the old back in and use yours to upgrade to see if it fixes corruption.
