On the xts you could go into flash code and select single line and change the ring tone, but where on the mbx can this be done? I have looked and even called tech support and they were no help. Has anyone else had to do this, I know I can't be the only one

Feature is not available. Not yet anyway. The MBX really has no relationship to the XTS even though it uses some of the same phones.

Dang that really sucks, that was something the customer really wanted was a different ring for a private line
