Currently, all stations on the system can receive on-hook announcements. The caller just has to press 2 on the keypad or a softkey for Talk. I would like to know where to disable this completely either system-wide, or per extension.

I have 204-05 to Tone First

I have also set on 204-10 Handsfree Tone to Enabled.

With those two settings, the target extension at least hears one ring and one warning tone before they are connected to the caller.

I have also set 204-09 Handsfree MIC setting to Disabled so that the target extension must press Spkr before the caller can hear.

I already have off-hook annouce turned off on 103-38. Can Receive OCA is unchecked on the COS programming, but this is happening when the target extension in on-hook, so it doesn't apply.

I have confirmed those settings, and yes the extension does ring, however, the calling extension still has the option to press 2 or Talk to activate the target extension. That is what I am trying to prevent.

103 FB20 did the trick. It still shows the Talk soft key but it doesn't do anything now. Thanks for the help!
