Being 68, I can't remember a lot of stuff.

Customer has a PRI and subtenant wants the five phones he has to show his name on outbound caller ID. I seem to remember you can set your outgoing extension but I would have to fish for it.

Also, they have a DID that rings as the main number and rings on five phones. They can forward their individual extension, but can they forward that DID?

You won't be able to show a different name on outbound that the BTN on the DK/CIX from my memory. You can send individual DID numbers you have on the PRI but no CAM. There are a couple of ways to forward a DID, depending on system type and what the scenario of forwarding they want to do?

Starting with CIX version 5.20MT016 Toshiba added support to send a name to a PRI,
"Feature Enhancement: Calling Name Delivery on an outbound PRI call."
But I don't know if this works with any carriers. I think this feature is used more outside the US. I can't even imagine what types of names some people sill want to show on their caller ID.

For incoming , the way I redirect an incoming DID would depend on the destination for the DID. If it goes to a multiple call group, then there is a way to do a remote CF on the MCG pilot.

You can set the outgoing caller ID to be the 7-digit DID of the DN.

Prog 322 ISDN Calling Number
Select the OLG Number assigned to the PRI
On 322-01 set Source Type to Prime DN
On 322-02 set Source Number to the DN
On 322-03 enter the 7-digit DID for that DN
322-04 is where you would put a name but most US carriers don't use it
