Has anyone ever seen any info on powering up a SBX with an expansion cabinet. (Proper sequence) I've always powered the expansion first & then the main.

Don't think it matters. If power is cycled to the Eksu while the main is on, the main auto restarts.

What if the 2 units are connected to the outlet, power goes off, then back on, both units are powered up at the same time. Will they boot up properly.

The reason I ask is this. I had both units connected to a battery backup. Both units turned on. Turned the ups on & both units would not come up. Had to wait 15 minutes & then turn on expansion first & then the main. When I did that they worked.

Any ideas

Just going by what the documentation said. A reset should have taken care of your customer. I don't have a clue why you needed to wait 15 minutes. I do know that the expansion cable that connects the two, if not snug, and that means zip tied down, will cause all kinds of grief including taking down the main.
