Customer has BCM 3.7, have PRI, with DID, first port is extension 3006. Problem they are having, I believe is when all ports on voicemail are busy (40+ sets), calls that are forwarded to voicemail ring at extension 3006 by default. I think if I change this DN calls will follow. Any thoughts.

Check "Prime Set" DN for that Target line.

Yes did, prime set is proper dn for that extension, also made DID private for this extension. I can`t duplicate, but they tell me it happens. Called it from outside line answered, called from another line goes to vmail, then try cell, also goes to vmail. What usally would happen if you called extension and was to go to voicemail, then all vmail port are full, where would it ring to.

I think all ports busy is RNA until DRT kicks in, only if Prime Set is programmed.
All 16 VM ports being busy is a tad odd.
Hook up laptop and open "Monitor" to see any clues.
Look at Prime set for the first PRI channel as well?.
