Hi,
I am the assistant manager a hotel and we have a Mitel SX-50 and a EZ Auto Attendant.
Current configuration:
EZ Auto Attendant answers every outside incoming phone call.
EZ Auto Attendant is connected to extension 162 and 163.
Would like to change configuration to:
On normal setting, Mitel SX-50 main phone console, should ring on all outside incoming calls.
EZ Auto Attendant only to answer when user wants to, for example on Night status.

You will need a qualified Mitel techmician to change the programming on your phone system. Look in your yellow pages for telecommunications companies in your area, and ask if they service Mitel.
