I went to download a brochure and there is no dealer log in, I'm a direct dealer and have no idea how to get a .pdf and I don't want to send the customer there, ads for everyone selling them at wholesale.
My memory is a bit foggy, but there is no background music is there? Read my user guide, no speed dial except for the buttons on the phone.
Somehow I remember this as more user friendly.

I don't know about the website having problems, but I just sent a PDF of the features of the X 16 that I have saved to a customer tonight. There is music on hold, I think my wife said that it is fluer de lise.

Can you post the URL for dealer log on, not the passwords but just the site, I didn't see any dealer log in.
We have external MOH playing but I was hoping there would be background music.
