I have a small Dr's office that is asking if I can program the thier system to pick up a call, play a greeting "All employees are currently busy you can continue to hold or press 1 to leave a mssg. However they want to be able to turn this feature on and off depending on how many people they have working. Any thoughts on if this can be done?

You could set up the day mode to get answered by ccr menu 1, have time out pointed to a receptionist or hunt group, and have digit 1 go to a general mailbox (virtual mailbox). Have a different set up in "on demand, or lunch or night modes" and have them toggle the "mode" at their leisure.
