Customer has a Shoretel with PRI at main location. Remote users connect via MPLS. When they dial 911, can the Shoretel manipulate the CLID to reflect a remote address instead of the host site? Thanks in advance.

it would be done using an IP map /teleworkers. If they can get a reserved IP it would make life easy
