We have a user that is working from home and we have set him up with a single line extension on our axxess system and have forwarded it jot his house. The problem we have is that the forwarded call rings at operator after 10 minutes on the line when she picks up both parties are on the line. Then she cannot let the call go with out dropping the customer that was origionally forwarded to the employee's cell phone. I have a two part question. 1. How can I stop this from being forwarded to the operator. I just found the last reference to the operator extension 100 in the forwarded extension 197. I have removed the message center that was pointed to 100 and the attencdant that was pointed to 100. I pointed both to none device. 2. Is there a way to extend this phone over the existing high speed internet connection (dsl)that the employee has. I have been looking for a device with one piece on both ends that can provide a connection?

You need to adjust the "unsupervised CO" timer located in system timers.
