I am trying to get 34 button IP Phones moved to new extensions.
I have deleted the old extensions in 11-02 and renumbered them to the new extensions. Went into program 90-23-01 and deleted the registration but I am still getting Illegal LEN when they boot up. The old extensions don't exist and the MAC is not duplicated anywhere in the system. Anyone run into this before??

Did you go into the IP phone and remove the old extension number?
