Have axxess 4.1 with t1 prime card and i figured out inbound routing, now how to i tell the phone switch how to send out the correct caller id for each inbound number that i want to use?

I think you are referring to Calling Party Number. The scenerio is this: My DID is 503-555-2000. The company's main number is 503-555-1000. When I call out, instead of the people I call seeing my company number, I want them to see my DID number i.e. 503-555-2000. This is not supported in your version. Version 4.4 was the first version to support this feature.
Version 4.1 is REALLY old (9.115 is the latest version), you really should look at upgrading.
